The Semper Fi Team did a terrific job of designing and installing a new HVAC System for our home, all in a single day! Despite significant space challenges, they installed new air handlers and heat pumps of the proper capacity, the result being vastly improved circulation, heating and cooling and much quieter operation. Thomas, Ernest, Joey, Carlos and Michael were professional and cordial in all instances. Well trained, respectful and easy to work with, they represented their company well. Although I was shocked by the news my 9 year old unit (put in by a different company) needed replaced, I was pleased with the way Semper Fi's technician explained my options and was very understanding and informative. I was also happy that they were able to get me scheduled for the new A/C for the next day as we were experiencing high 90 degree temperatures still. The technicians came right on time the next morning and were friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with cold A/C in a few hours.

We are very pleased with all of our interactions with the professionals at Semper Fi during the installation of our new heat pump. The installation team worked hard and long to insure they have done a good job with the unit and addition of another feeder air duct. The pricing was reasonable. Our new heat pump has worked well and made our home more comfortable than what our last AC unit provided last evening and today. We are also please with the included 10 yr warranty and free HVAC Tech inspections over the first year. This includes low cost Tech contacts there after compared with other companies.

Amazing service. I texted him first thing in the morning they contacted me within 15 minutes and set up a technician to come out look Over my old AC unit. Found out it was almost 20 years old. So we decided to get a new unit . They set us up for install the next day and they had it done by 4:30 PM. The technician was amazing and very friendly that looked over their old unit. The technician who came to our home was professional, showed me the pictures and explained my unit, offered several different options, and did not pressure me into making a decision. The available options and photos were emailed to me which was important to show my husband in our discussion. We received a follow up call the next day, again professional and courteous.
